This project defines the continuum between stability and instability and defines us as human beings within that continuum.
We constantly seek self-control and consciousness while struggling with imbalance and soul-searching emotions. I was trying to preserve this contradiction within the project’s genetic code while enabling the user’s grounding experience on the one hand, and a sense of swaying on the other hand.
This project uses additive manufacturing 3D printing technology, together with traditional leathercraft.
Materials: Nylon, Veg-Tan Leather, Satin yarn
Techniques: 3D design using Fusion 360, SLS printing, traditional leathercraft.
