The project is about the ability to lose control for a defined time, through the choice to give it all to emotion, experience, or to another human being, to achieve peace of mind, to connect to your inner self and your highest desires.
I chose to use the lily flower as a motif of modesty, purity, and devotion. I used it as an impression in the collection while using advanced 3D and 2D technology and a variety of materials.
The project includes several outfits with a duality in them; the clothing is constricting on one hand and reminds us of the need to break free. On the other hand, it expresses strength and power. The collection allows for release while remaining in control to manage a standard lifestyle.
